A letter I wrote during one of the toughest moments of my life as I struggled with my mental health…and thoughts that I so badly wanted to run away from…
 
A letter I wrote as I thought about you…your pain…and what you could be going through...
 
A letter I wrote during a challenging period in my life…when I found myself in a place that felt more like a prison…
 
Just like you…a prison of my thoughts 
 
And now, I want to read that letter to you as I think of you and many others that have found themselves in this prison at this time of the year…
 
A prison so familiar...
